BRUNO PEYRON
Bruno Peyron, the eldest of three brothers and two sisters, was born on November 10th 1955. He inherited the salty tang of the sea in his veins from his father who was a captain in the Merchant Marine.
Orange 2 multihull 36.80 m , out of the Multiplast yard in Vannes in 2003, skippered by Bruno Peyron, has accumulated the largest palmares of records and performances of his time, including the holder of the “Jules Verne Trophy” until 2010 , around the World in 50 days 16 hours 20 minutes, the crossing of the Atlantic and the speed record of 24 hours. If this boat is a concentrate of technology, it is primarily a work of art that is in the image of engineers, designers and builders who have achieved.
